Terrible App – My Lithia Review

This app is useless. It won’t find my dealership. My Lithia Nissan dealership is directly across the street from a Lithia Chrysler dealership. The app only recognizes the Chrysler dealership. Therefore, I cannot book an appointment at my dealership and they do not answer their phones so the only option I have to book an appointment is to go to the dealership in person. Extremely inconvenient. :/
