This app never lets me put in order preferences because it crashes while loading.
Easy, clean, and efficient
Zoom fun
The app and service are incredible! Dropped in a locker, submitted on the app, and got my clothes back clean and smelling fresh in 2 days time! Highly recommend this for anyone!
Dark Mode makes text very hard to read

It is astonishing that P&G’s developers did not take the extremely simple step of testing this app in Dark Mode.

At first, the app worked beautifully for about 3 months. I should mention that I used the service frequently Then, at some point, I had to delete and reload the app every time I wanted to drop off my laundry. As of late, it does not work at all. Too many issues to list them all. Suffice it to say I gave up. I was feeling guilty about not giving the business to my local dry cleaner anyway so I will go back to him. He is just 2 blocks away!

Not sure how this was setup for a private location but it can’t recognize the locker and the app has no feedback for changing locations so it’s no wonder no one seems to use this at this location.

App Bugs When Typing
In the current version I cannot type anything. I go to login and when I type no letters appear even though the cursor moves. Had another person download it and the same thing happened to them. The app isn’t usable for me in the current form.
Text is white on sign up screens, so I can’t sign up

I literally can’t make an account because the sign up forms have drop down options where the text is white. I literally can’t make an account because i don’t know what I’d be selecting in the form. Oh well.

Terrible interface, never works, always freezes, 0 functionality. I would get rid of this app in a second if the dry cleaners weren’t in my building.

This feels like an app created in 2009. The UX is horrendous. You can’t “Select a service area” when registering because the text and background are both white. Lost my business because I couldn’t even create an account ?
