Can’t even sign up

The app keeps closing when trying to put in my address to sign up. Can’t even sign up to use the app. Had to delete and not use
The app is not responsive

The app does not respond to touch inputs. I restarted my phone and the app to no avail. I’m using an iPhone XR with the latest version of iOS.
Garbage app

The app is not recognizing my address. I am getting an empty page. Other users had the same problem. There are lockers in my building, but they are useless as we cannot use the app.
Breathtaking incompetence

DC area app. Returned my pants without doing anything, I complained with pictures of the remaining filth. They took them back and lost them for 2 weeks with sparse communication, eventually claiming they returned them to the wrong customer. Breathtaking laziness and wanton incompetence. Just find a good local cleaner with accountability. If you’re a victim too after my warning, their “support line” is (888)-605-7028 since they refuse to answer critical emails in a timely manner.

You didn’t sew the button back on. That’s the whole reason I sent my stuff in to you! I checked “repairs and alterations.” I didn’t check “wash and fold.” And now I have a cleaned, pressed shirt with a missing button.

Awful customer service, always late. Spare yourself the time and just go to a legit dry cleaner.

This service is godawful. The app crashes pretty regularly; sometimes tapping the “contact us” button (which you will need to do constantly because of issues) just doesn’t do anything. Today I went to get my order and the code they gave me to open the locker doesn’t work. Do not use this service - if you live in a city just walk to a local dry cleaner.
