Love the service, app won’t work anymore now though, just opens for a few seconds and then crashes. Have restarted my phone and manually killed the app many times
I go into order preferences, it shows it loading, then closes the app. I can’t use the service if I can’t select how much starch to use on my shirts.
Good luck on finding your proper location, figuring out the price, and it will make an order before you really know what’s going on. What’s worse, that’s said order, you can’t cancel or modify it after it’s done, and you have to contact the company directly to get it cancelled or modified. Still have no idea how to figure out the pricing of what you order. Seems like overall concept is great, but their app was very premature and needs further sophistication
Worthless app for those of us in the Cleveland area. The Tide Cleaners stores here not supported on this app. Cincinnati? Sure. Cleveland? Not an option.
I was excited about the new release of their app and I am unable to create an account.
New “update” did not port over accurate info. Back end data base not capable of registering my phone number. Authentication process incapable of sending text message to cell phone. Customer service “portal” is not mobile compatible. Would be great to resolve if I had an hour to crank up the old desktop but tbh probably a better use of time to find a real dry cleaning service.
Tide has been so incredible to offer free laundry services to frontline healthcare workers during this COVID 19 pandemic. As a nurse manager of a very busy ER, I really appreciate having one less thing to worry about when I get home from a long, tiresome shift. Thank you just isn’t enough!!
What I thought was the most convenient form of getting my dry cleaning done turned into the biggest headache. Locker code was never given when my order was delivered. My shirt was missing from my order AND someone else’s clothes was put in my locker as well. Oh, and they also charged me $144 for another order that I never made for 30 items?? You can’t even fit that in a locker! Your apps a mess..
Service was fast and better than i even hoped for.. I will defiantly continue to use this service. Thanks.
