I love this game but the new treatment room helping others needs work. The game doesn’t let you help that patient if you’ve put for “friends to help” you.

Y’all need to fix this. So I log on and it said tap on the quest bar but the doctor saying it was in the way so I couldn’t press it so now I can’t play the game !!!!!! So that is why I’m giving y’all a ONE STAR RATING!!!!!!!!! Plz fix bug

There seems to be a bug in the game where no matter how much Blue Elixir I have, I can't use it to treat patients in the Treatment Room. Very frustrating. The only reason I downloaded this game was to get a reward in a different game after finishing the tutorial, but the promotions company, SuperSonic, denied my reward. So I don't feel very inclined to keep playing. Added: I got a response from the developer: "JEmailReviewResponse.response.format.response.name" So it looks like not only do they have a bug in their game, they have a bug in their tool for sending form letters to reviewers. Good to know ;-)

This game is super fun and addicting! Spending real money is an option with this game but not a requirement. It’s very easy to obtain hearts through watching brief ads, gift boxes and other specialties. If I were to complain about anything, it would be that as you get higher in level (I’m level 48), you’ve pretty much built up your entire hospital, maxed out with decorations, garden doesn’t have any room for future customization. It’s kinda like hitting the end of the game where you rack up a lot of coins and hearts but don’t have anything to spend them on to keep going. I would love to see this game expanded so it didn’t have any kind of end.

This game is one of my favorite games so far. Love how busy it keeps me and just how much fun it is in general but recently it has stopped me from being able to pick my stuff up, it only allows me to pick things up at the elixir mixer but not at any of the other machines . Please fix this soon.
