Lost everything and no one will respond

My phone completely shut down and I had to reset it. In the process I lost everything that was on my phone. I hadn’t ever connected the phone to Facebook, I tend to not do that on any games because of the notifications and posts. I thought my game center had connected to it since it’s always on but now I’m not sure. When I opened the game on my phone after the reset it was back at level 1, when I had been in the mid-30s before. When I’ve made it so far in a game I really don’t want to start over, no matter how much I liked the game. I went through help and support to contact the games service team and at first they responded after about 2 days. However, it seemed as if the only way they could help me was if I knew exactly how many hearts or coins I had on my account. I don’t know why I would remember the exact amount. I sent a message asking if the only way I could restore my account was if I knew exact amounts of things on my account but they won’t respond. I really enjoyed this game and I’ll be sad to see it go but I won’t restart when I had already made it so far. I’m just glad I hadn’t made any in app purchases for this particular game.

I was in level 32 and suddenly... level 1... why???? No back up in game center or fb... I’m dissapointed! All that effort for nothing please fix it!!

You waste so much time for so little rewards. Everything takes forever to prepare and buying hearts is extremely expensive since everyone isn’t rich so watching videos should naturally solve the issue but it doesn’t because you’re only allowed to watch a certain amount of videos (11 at the most) everyday. Extremely discouraging and unfair. I’m definitely about to delete this game after having played this for over a year!!!!

i play this game everyday but i have one thing to complain about... POSITIVE ENERGY: we need more opportunities to receive positive energy especially when almost every patient needs a diagnostic. it’s frustrating having a handful of patients that can’t be cured because i don’t have enough energy. please fix this! thank you

This game is very very addicting! It also is very time consuming especially when you have to make several pill or shots! You should be able to make several at a time not just one at a time.

When making medicine I wish it could make more than one at a time . It is annoying waiting for so long on one medication; when multiple patients need the same. Also it should be more ways to collect hearts because I really be needing them when trying to get medicine for VIP

Something wrong with my VIPs

This game is super fun! Long wait times for cures and such but fun, nonetheless. However, there’s something wrong with my VIP part of the game. If I have an hour left to fill a VIP’s order before they leave, and I exit the game for 4 hours, when I reopen the game, my VIP is still there. They only begin to leave when I reopen the app. I know time has passed in the game because my cures are ready. I don’t have a new VIP waiting because the other one never left. Fix this glitch in my game please and I’ll be happy to give 5 stars!

Oh my it’s so much fun!!! My mom will say what are you doing and I will say I’m playing my hospital. The only time I can’t play it is when there’s no WiFi. I discovered it on Recolor. Your app is so good they have coloring sheets of it. Thank you ??.

I play this game probably too much because it is addicting. I agree with a lot of others that the jellies take way too long and almost every patient needs 2-3 of them. I think making them 2-4 hours to be made and allowing a 2nd maker would help a lot. 1 problem though. When I go through my likes hospitals and see a green ? I go to help with their medicinal garden and all of a sudden the help signs disappear, but if I reload my hospital and go to my list of liked hospitals they have the green ? Again and it does the same thing. It’s really annoying when I’m trying to help to get myself more shovels. It happens all the time!

This game WAS fun... until I needed to upgrade my storage... I’m missing one plank and I’ve completed 4 levels. I have 6 washers and like 7 of the other tool but still no plank... definitely deleting... and I think the payouts from the patients should be greater. I pinch my “coins” but I still have no coins. It’s set up so you have to purchase coins
