Takes way to much time to do anything

I just started and find i am sitting and waiting 10+minutes on stuff just so I can make other things from the potions. So far, waste of time - I have other things to do with my time than wait around doing nothing.

Really had fun with the game until I got to the level where I could unlock the ultrasound station. “Diagnose your patient’s ears.” I’m an ultrasound tech and not only are we already seen as people who “look at babies all day” now stupid games are using the term “ultra sound” literally. ?
Fun but poor app support (UPDATED)

This is a near perfect adaptation of Supercell’s Hay Day, with a hospital / medical theme. Unfortunately the developers show no interest in providing support for their app. I have been trying for a month to get them to fix a bug not linking my Facebook account, and they still have failed to fix it. They are now going on 2 weeks without any response at all. Sadly I cannot recommend this game because the developer is not interested in providing support for their app. UPDATE: they finally fixed my FB connection issue after a month of multiple contacts. I have updated the rating to 4 stars as a result. I hope they have learned their lesson to respond timely to player support requests.

Overall it’s a good game but the wait time to make cures are way too long. We can’t move in a fast pace of the cure takes a long time to make. Especially for VIP they’ll leave in 2 hours but the cure takes 3 hours. This game needs tweaks and the prices for expansion needs to go down as well as buying new equipment. I hope to see new changes soon

Elixirs, take so long, I have never watched so many videos so I can collect my hearts and coins. Ugh! Some meds take so long, so I usually have them making over night. Otherwise, I love it Btw, shovels are hard to come by, I have ! on my plants, takes forever for someone to help me. Also I see ! on others, but I don't see anything that I can help, nothing. Do they get anything for helping someone, like a heart or coins?
