No option for FACE ID?

I was using Touch ID to access the app & now I can’t access it with my iphone X because it doesn’t have a FACE ID option. I was under the impression that all Touch ID apps would have the FACE ID option. What gives?

I have been using this app since it first came out and then upgraded as they improved. I love the synch feature, so I can access my information on all my devices. I have never had any problems at all. It is the BEST and I am always recommending it to others when they say...oh, I forgot my password to... I never worry about forgetting because I have the My Eyes Only app!!

Dear Joe Following your recent update, I lost the ability to open the app using my fingerprint. I got an error message telling me I need to re-enter my password. After 5 unsuccessful attempts (I didn’t memoyje password as I was using my fingerprint), the app is threatening to erase all my data. Can you help?

My eyes only is a must have in modern times, where a blend of security and easy access are critical. Active and secure syncing across devices makes my eyes easy to use, and with it I’ve implemented hard to crack, passphrase-derived and unique passwords across the board. I’ve also recommended this app be implemented within my organization to improve security company wide. Cost effective and the app works great. Very pleased.

I have used this app for several years. Things have been very good but all of a sudden all of my passwords have disappeared. I have had no indications that this would happen. I will go back to the old fashion way!

Latest update is a problem. I’m on the iPhone 7 and the touch enabled login keeps reverting to off. No matter how many times I change it. Once this is resolved it will be great again. I’ve used this app for years and have really come to depend on it. UPDATE: all fixed and back to normal. Five stars. Thanks!

I used MEO Pro for a few years and then started using another password program. I'm just concerned that MEO software won't be updated very often like other security software companies that roll-out updates-more often. Still waiting on Photo Safe Pro (another app made by met) to be updated. I believe if a company can't keep their software updated they should remove it. Sorry MEO. Deleting, because I'm just unsure about your dedication to your software and companies future with my data. Update: 11/24/17 Did get a response from the App Dev, however not satisfied with the response. Basically was told that thousands of people love the app and are willing to pay for subscription service. I think they missed my point that it’s not the subscription purchase that I don’t care for. It’s the lack of keeping their apps updated. I just don’t feel like they are reliable enough to be trusted with my data. Just beware new customers considering this program. BTW.... as of today, click the “app support” link to contact the developer and see what you get? My point exactly.

I’ve been using My Eyes Only for several years now. I do pay the annual fee and expect the app to continue. Good things are not free. Never fails me and always handy on my phone. H Keep up the good job. Scott Keiser

This is one of my most essential and useful apps. Works flawlessly and stores my passwords, financial access etc. customer support is great. Can’t imagine how I would handle all my passwords and information without it.
