Excellent App! However, one problem, I made sure I backed up the program via Sync Service prior to setting up a new account changing my email. Then emailed support to delete my old account. I was told to do this by support due to the fact that when I set up the new email account, my Sync feature days left, didn't appear on the new account because it was purchased under the old email. After doing this as described by support, all of the sudden, I have double/some triple entries of every category. Now I have to go through it when I have time, lol, and delete the duplicate entries. I think this should be a future update to make the process more user friendly. If it wasn't such a good app, I would have deleted it. But, with all the passwords one has these days, this is a must have application. It also holds many more categories in addition to passwords. If a category is not listed, you can also add categories. That is the main reason why I purchased the sync feature.

There are many good reviews, but be careful; long-term users are not so happy. I use this app because I have no choice. When I bought it, I could export my data to my PC; which meant I could use a different app or another device that doesn't support this app and wouldn't have to re-enter several hundred items. Then they took away that option and charged for backing up the data to their servers. The price for backing up and syncing has gone up and up and up. Each year now costs $19.95. THEY ALSO FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT AUTO-RENEW. They say you can turn it off, but never give instructions on how to do it and after hours of searching, I found it is convoluted, well-hidden, and not user-friendly. To make matters worse, it locked up my IPhone Settings, you can exit if you accept auto-renew, but it you don't, it's another convoluted process to exit the screen. It's the most expensive app of its type on the market. Do yourself a favor and keep looking; there are dozens of better and cheaper apps.

I have used this app for a few years and I like it very much. It does everything I ask it to do. I also pay the $20, yearly, for the syncing between my iPhone and my two iPads. The regular changing of passwords is so important, now, that you need an app like this everyday.

I've been using the app for several years now. It's very easy to use and I feel very secure putting my information in it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to store valuable information and have it at your finger tips. We all know how important it is to have different passwords. And we all know how easy it is to forget which one we've used for what application! This app solves all those issues for you, keeping track of all of your information!! Not only does it allow for passwords, but other important information as well. Club numbers, social security numbers, drivers license, etc. I'm very glad I've used this app and will continue to do so!

Great App--you will not regret getting this App. Make sure you purchase the sync portion because you will need it when and if you change devices. It's worth the cost, because in today's world you end up with so many passwords. Best APP EVER: use it daily with all my private info. Don't fear the fact that someone can get your info: because your phone should have a lock screen and also the app has a password--of course don't use same password between the two.UPDATE: Have now had this app for quiet a few years and continue to love it.

I, as well as many others, have been LONG standing users of the My Eyes Only - Classic and at face value its a great application, but wait a few days, months, years. When many of us initially purchased this application it was free or one time fee. It even had a stand alone program you could use on your computer to sync your information to your OWN computer/laptop. Then "they" decided to change it and no longer allow people to use the combination of the app and computer program. The original classic program was still available at no charge, but you could no longer save your data to another source. They then began to push users to upgrade to their annual services to sync their information over the cloud. NOW they no longer support the My Eyes Only Classic and have basically hijacked our information and hold it for ransom. If you do not pay for the subscription, they take away your ability to access your information forever. No opportunity given to download the information or program to unload it, but they keep it under their lock and key. So buyer beware. This company is out to make money and they will change their parameters later on after you have invested your time into filling out passwords.... There is another APP "LASTPAS," everyone should check out... As of right now it doesn't have a subscription but a one time $4 fee. GOOD JOB Sotware Ops LLC, you lost a lot of customers on this rollout.

I have been using this app for many years and it holds all my passwords. Today, after the update, my password that I have had to access the app for many years no longer works? I can’t tell you how much important information I have in this app, now it’s all gone!

Broke after IOS 11

Complete SCAM!!! I spent about $20 with this app a few years ago. Right now I can’t access it and lost all my info. Those idiots should be arrested. I will make a negative campaign about this company and software.
