Getting Started
After you download and launch the app, you’ll be asked for your kp.org user name and password. If you are a Northern California member and don’t yet have a kp.org user name and password, you can register from the app – just tap “Sign In Help” and follow the prompts.

Thanks Kaiser for showing what compassionate health care looks like! Great app...just tweak the data flow a bit to make it even easier....why are ‘/‘ required in the date field? That kind of stuff. Easy.

I keep updating this stupid app, but it never works! “Our systems are not responding, please try again later”. Get with the program, KP, and make an app that works! It’s 2018 for goodness sake!!!

I could not connect to my video visit despite having strong wifi and 4G connection! I tried it on 3 different devices and the app kept saying it was having trouble establishing a network connection, and the website just stalled when I pressed “start call”. I am so disappointed because in the days leading up to the appointment everything seemed to be working fine, I was getting notifications and there was no indication that anything wasn’t working properly. I am really frustrated that I had to miss this appointment.
The video appt doesn’t work

I have iPhone 7 Plus latest iOS and latest my doctor app. Every time I do a video appt the app with login and temp pass would crash. Terrible
App seem to be broken always!

Updated again.. first thing I attempted to do was email Dr with attachment.. gave up. Has a major bug, wouldn’t let me send. New build??? lololololol What a joke.
Rotten app for iPad

I have had the app for sometime but today I deleted it! It is not working at all now on my iPad. I put in password then a screen pops up saying something about Touch ID will be enabled after I sign in. Then it freezes my screen and I can’t sign in. Do not get for iPad! It works on iPhone but not iPad!!
Only works for N California Kaiser. Love it!

Many of the low star ratings are from stupid people trying to use this app for the wrong Kaiser system. It works great. I can order refills with a few taps and see my results. I can even do video visits for free with my doc but haven’t tried that yet.
