Terrible – My Doctor Online (NCAL Only) Review

I could not connect to my video visit despite having strong wifi and 4G connection! I tried it on 3 different devices and the app kept saying it was having trouble establishing a network connection, and the website just stalled when I pressed “start call”. I am so disappointed because in the days leading up to the appointment everything seemed to be working fine, I was getting notifications and there was no indication that anything wasn’t working properly. I am really frustrated that I had to miss this appointment.
