You Failed

Redcard Louie

Please look at the original/older version of your application and customer reviews. You screwed up the app. It doesn’t work or flow anymore. Just because you can change something, doesn’t mean you should if it works great already. Other reviewers have detailed problems and issues, so I won’t rehash them. I previously recommended this app to many people. I’d pay for the previous version. Evidently “The Tribe” ain’t working too well. Again, the issues are all noted in other reviews.

Needs to be easier

I couldn’t so the menu you wanted me to follow. Very basic and not directional enough for me.

This app Works!

KatBunnie2543

Using this app is the only way I can lose weight. Keeping to my assign calories and I can eat what I like…no special foods or expensive plans.

Terrible Setup

TeriBear2

I hate this new set up for the My Diet Coach App. I’m so upset I could cry. This is a harder app to use for older people. I want my previous app back. I’m paying for an app I can’t use now and all my info is gone. I’ve been on this diet for over 4 yrs and everything is gone. I will be canceling this app as soon as I find another and I want a refund

One thing !

Hansn579

I have the old version which has beautiful rewards as clothes and accessories, the old version is better than the new one

Old version please!

knhecm

I want my old version back!! Where is my a avatar? Where is the easy to use features?! Now this app is just like every other calorie tracking app out there, only there is zero customization. No no no. Bring back the old version.

Wonderful App

This app has been a great tool for me. The notifications are good to remind me when to eat and drink water. I can work all day and forget and then when I remember I way too late so thank you much for the app. Keeps me from overeating.

A simple and effective tool for mindful eating

I am using the free version to help guide my habits. I like the simple and clear-cut format, the graphics are aesthetically pleasant, and the layout is easy to navigate. As a general daily tracker and accountability assistant, this has been incredibly helpful. If you're looking for very specific calorie counts or exercise monitoring, the free version might not have all the options you're looking for - the ability to review past entries or plan future meals comes with the paid subscription, as do the graphs and charts that track overall progress. The exercise entry options are a bit limited, as well, but I've been able to find enough parallels to fairly reflect my calorie burn. If you want all the bells and whistles, this might not be your jam, but as a basic, easy to use motivator and guide, I give it two thumbs up.

Bring back the old My Diet Coach

CDWTucker

The old Diet Coach app wash has more user friendly and a lot more colorful. The avatar was also unique and fun. This app is now very boring and doesn’t hold my interest.

No bar code scan without premium, hard to manual input

Assbutt6000

I wanted to like this app because it has the best UI of all the calorie tracking apps. But the UX is absolutely terrible. I got premium just to use the barcode scanner and it didn’t work on any of the foods I tried it on. So I tried to add them manually and that didn’t work either! Kelts getting a message that the value of carbs fats, and protein entered does not match the value above. But there was no value above the message. I had to assume it was saying that the total calories don’t add up to the macros. In which case this error is entirely unhelpful because I entered the values on the food label precisely. If the label is wrong that’s not my problem, but I’m still blocked from entering the food item. Do they expect me to do math? Good UI, very bad UX. The app is effectively useless to me.
