I used this app all the time in the past with no problems. I loved how I could go and look up items and scan them fast. Now I cannot even do that because of the premium subscription. Trying to search up the items are a struggle. I tried to add my own food, however that is part of the subscription as well. I’m disappointed because this whole app used to be free and easy to use and now I can barely add items without getting frustrated. I will be looking elsewhere. I miss the old “Berry.”

Bring back the old interface

I really loved not only the old avatar, but the ability to set my own goals (like eating 5 veggies a day) and truly customize my experience. The gamification is what made this AP work so much better than all the rest. Now it's just a generic tracking app. Lame.

NOT A FAN of the new updates. I enjoyed my avatar and being able to earn outfits and dress my avatar. That option is entirely gone now. Won’t be using this app anymore. Not sure why it changed.

Missing almost everything I tried to scan

I was really excited about this app and it’s layout, but I couldn’t log 5/6 items I ate between breakfast and lunch of things I eat very often. It wasn’t able to identify a single barcode for not uncommon items.

Before they completely changed it. It was fun and very user friendly. Now I hate it, the new interface is terrible. Wish I could get my money back on the renewal. I’m now looking for a different app

I was excited to see what the updated changes were going to be. The aviator and rewards were what made it fun and kept me motivated. My subscription renewed 2 days before the bummer new release. The app was deleted the day of the new version release. Total waste of my money. If I could rate it a -5 I would

Ever since it updated my barcode scanner will not work! It opens and scans then says it cannot find that item

It was motivating and I actually loss weight when we had those avatars that slimmed down with us and we could dress them. I deleted al my other apps for this one and recommended it to many people. Now it’s just like any other app… Bring the avatar back.
