Apple Health integration:

My scanner doesn’t work. I am paying 3 dlls a week and I can even scan the stuff I need. I reached out via email to customer service but never heard back!

This new app is nothing like the old version. Please please please bring back the old version with the motivational avatar. It was unique and a great way to track foods and calories, your daily exercise and it was easy to use. I’m crazy sad it’s not here… bring it back. This new app is boring and not what we need right now!!


Need more meal options!

Second time reviewing. This time after the remodel app had. I love the layout and the different reminders to keep you engaged but good options is still an issue. Most foods I scan or type in are not in the data base. And actually, the scan option has never worked once. Even with super common things like a coke can. All I got is cannot find item

I absolutely hate this new version of the app. I used this 2 years ago and because of the cutesy side of this app I actually enjoyed logging in each day and lost close to 40 lbs! The app now looks so generic and not anything I’d be excited to log in to. I hope they get enough reviews about the new version and consider changing it back.. I loved customizing my avatar in new clothes as I was getting thinner.


Who the heck is Giovanni?!?!

I would give this five stars if the reminders to drink water didn’t keep talking me that Giovanni drinks water. I have no idea who that is and no reason to care what that person does. It is very confusing to me. The app didn’t always do this and now it does. I have this app because I am autistic and I need a lot of reminders to eat and drink water. Now I am not able to use the reminders because this repetitive mention of some stranger named Giovanni is driving me mad.

I don’t like this new update. I was paying the extra money to see my progress on my avatar and now that’s completely gone. I don’t know what is wrong but I can’t scan any food items at all.I liked this app before the update and changes.


New interface is terrible!!!

I don’t like the new interface at all. Too hard to use, nothing scans in and it doesn’t keep a log plus doesn’t show what a serving size is. So frustrating.

Too many calories

Haven’t truly gotten the chance to use it but so far my major dislike is the high calorie. As someone who weighs near 400lbs eating 2.5k calories A DAY is very unlikely to result in weight loss. The recommended amount is 1200 as the lowest calorie intake for weight loss. Also, my average daily calorie intake is usually 1,200-1,400cals. Seeing a number so high will mean I’ll end up snacking or binging on unhealthy foods just to reach the recommended calorie need.
