It seems like going back by 10 years with this unresponsive UI which I bet it's not even in line with the recent Human Interface Guideline from Apple. We pay so much for our children education and that's what we get as a tracking tool of their activities? Really?!? Absolutely awful

We love this app. One thing it really needs is a way for parents to send a note to the teacher after a child has been checked in for the day. Once he gets to his classroom, there is no way to let the teacher know something. Please add that feature! Even if the note goes to the front desk and they tell the teachers what is needed, it’d be a huge improvement over having to call in. Love the app otherwise!!

After the latest upgrade the rendering is more pathetic now and the updates on the app are out of sync
whatever with the nicknames
This App is ONLY real time “to” me! I want to be able to send real time notes “to” my child’s teacher throughout the day! Currently, I can only send a note before I drop off my child. #whatsthesenseifIcantcommunicate

I love this app! I love being able to see pictures throughout the day of my daughter that are posted. One thing I would change about this app is being able to communicate with the teachers! Other than that it’s a pretty good app. Please update this!! (:

Helps me keep track of my baby through the work day. Easy to use and easy to share. I would love an apple watch app for a quick check. ?.

I love how easy it is to communicate with this app and getting pictures throughout the day is great. The one setback is the inability to send messages to teachers after the child has been checked in. I’d love to be able to send notes or comment throughout the day if needed

This app is perfect as long as it worked. Only missing feature was an attachment from parents to teachers, and parents being able to add a note at the child is checked in. But for the past week it stopped working for me. As a parent I only see 3 fields now - contact; meds; notes. I tried logout and login, uninstalling apps, restarting phone. Nothing worked. Please help!

This app is great with one HUGE exception- there’s no way for parents to communicate with the educators after check in. Let’s say you’re going to come feed the baby at lunch or you’re going to have the other parent do pickup or you need to answer an educator’s question. There’s no quick way to communicate. Now I have to call the front desk for anything- this causes me to have to step out of meetings then causes my child’s educators to step away from the children to get the classroom phone to get the message, whereas they have a tablet for photos and documentation as they work with the kids, and the app is already and always up and in use. You really need to add a message function.

The functionality is alright, but whoever coded this app did not stick to the standard guidelines. The „OK“ button should ALWAYS be in the right corner, the cancel button in the left. Here the developers switched the location, meaning if you wrote a whole text and press the right corner button you’ll hit cancel and it will delete all. Easy fix!!! Please change.
