Can’t connect using Provider Connect function

Why is this app the only tv channel app that can’t use the Provider Connect function on iPhone? VH1 is owned by the same parent company and that app uses it just fine. It’s super annoying that I can’t use that feature. Please fix ASAP. EDIT: MTV, I have no problem logging into the app. The fact that you don’t know what the Provider Connect feature is that automatically connects TV apps without me HAVING to log in to individual apps is worrisome

2 annoying issues I have found in a very short period of using this app. So first, the “play next feature” if you want to leave it to play the next episode actually plays the previous episode which is super annoying. Second I have been watching Laguna Beach and The Hills and there are full episodes that are duplicates even tho they are named differently with different descriptions. And even weirder, the last episode I watched the first half was the right episode and after the commercial break it was the second half of an episode from 3 episodes prior. So they are whole plot lines that I missed that I get a briefing of in the “previously” section of the episodes. Soooo annoying. Get a better media manager and a better app developer. I’m sure there a million out there now.

MTV please fix your app!!!

MTV is one of few tv channels I watch, and it is my favorite, however this app is horrible and almost never loads. When it does load I have constant issues with it, same as the MTV app on my Roku, which makes it hard to watch any thing other than the live MTV channel. MTV please fix your app so I can watch seasons/episodes I have missed, easily.

This app used to be okay but now it doesn’t even work... and my tv provider isn’t even an option to sign in with anymore & it’s a popular company so if you have Xfinity it isn't worth the trouble!!

Needs one major fix (APPLE TV APP)

Huge fan of MTV, but this app needs one major fix to make this app a bit friendlier. After completing an episode of any show in the catalog, the Apple TV app plays the PREVIOUS episode rather than the NEXT (newer) episode which can be extremely annoying, especially because you don’t realize it until 90 seconds of ads. Then by the time you realize it, you close that episode, turn on to the next and get hit with another 90 seconds of ads. The Apple TV app needs a new UI in my opinion, but it works for the most part, and the only problem I have is the simple issue that any developer should be able to fix in a days work. I look forward to this fix!

We should be able to watch the shows on the app the moment they come out. Like HBO, Netflix, CW, FX, FOX, etc. Get it together.

I feel like, to be an app, it needs to work at least once. If you enjoy watching a black screen or having a show randomly stop and be unable to restart, then this is the app for you.

This is literally the worst app ever. Never works when streaming to chrome cast. It's constantly timing out and failing. Like what are they spending their money on. How can such a popular channel have horrible reviews on their app? They show 1000 adds but can't bother to have the episodes in chronological order! I have literally never left a bad review for an app but this one deserves it

Been having issues with this app for months. Won't cast to the tv and often says videos aren't available to watch.

Crashes.

Great selection of shows, old and new, but crashes after 5-10 minutes, 25 at the very most. Have to keep closing app and rebooting. Issues with Chromecasting, as well. Can't finish a whole episode of anything. Frustrating and disappointing.
