It’s pretty glitchy and crashes sometimes. It’s ok but I can’t watch anything because it doesn’t have Xfinity as a tv provider and I already used my 24 hours free. Please try to get Xfinity and I would enjoy the app a lot more.

I am livid with MTV with how they put up several episodes of shows for free so that we get hooked on the show and then they start locking the rest of the series so that we are unable to watch. ? this app is Totally useless

this app hasn’t been too bad, but i can no longer watch any shows on this app because it doesn’t give me an option with xfinity which is one of the most common cable services so i’m annoyed. also when i do get the chance to watch the ads are repetitive and annoying.

No problems with watching on this app BUT it’s annoying when the commercial is one repeated over and over again. Extremely annoying.

So glad I only watch one show on here that I cannot get anywhere else, because in a 40 minute show there are at least 6-7 commercial breaks with 4 to 5 ads per break, which by far exceeds any number of commercials in any tv app that I use on my devices. And the ability to skip some makes its worse imo, I'd much rather watch 1 or 2 full ads than have that option because it makes it more tedious of a chore to watch anything. It's insanely irritating and obnoxious, and makes me think MTV has no idea what they're even doing here. RESPONSE TO MTV: sorry but having to log into a provider to view your content is the exact opposite of free. You clearly did not understand my complaint whatsoever because your ads far exceed the industry average among your competitors and they are a nuisance in their current form. You also failed to notice the comment where I said I’d much rather watch 1 or 2 full commercials and not the 6 you crammed into your breaks, which would be the same as the many shown with a 10 second time clock. Instead of doing damage control by responding to all of your annoyed viewers in the app store, you should go fix the problems and find a solution. I watch 99% of my tv online and they come with plenty of commercials/ads, which I have zero issues with and completely understand as a business owner myself. Your “ad structure” is a severe irritation as I indicated above, and does not benefit the advertiser or consumer at all. No one is thinking happy thoughts with your knock off version of YouTube’s advertising structure, or the 10 seconds of every commercial that never made it to the punch line.

I have MTV in my cable package, but when I try to log in to that account on the app, it always says it isn’t part of my cable subscription. I watch MTV cable a lot?? Plus this app is just spotty and terrible in general. The shows don’t go in sequential order, they go backwards. They need an app developer to come help them. This is awful.

This app is awful! We have switched to a streaming service and I have multiple apps on my phone (abc, TLC, Disney,nick Jr., E!, etc.) yet this is the ONLY one I cannot log into with my direct tv account to watch shows!! It’s so frustrating!! This app is terrible!
