I put my station in, 72nd street Q. I'm going downtown. I press "Q" and i get a list of the next 3 uptown trains. Nothing else. Errrr fail.

Does not work with VoiceOver at all. When you select the train lines it says “INDEX HTML LINK IMAGE”. Not 508 compliant. MTA must check this stuff.

No 7 train line in the app? This is part of the mta train service, isn’t it?

Train times in this app are completely hit or miss...and more often miss. Why launch before ready?

Dumb...should at least be able to add your station to ‘favorite’. To have to scroll through the entire line to find your station is ridiculous. I live on the second to last stop. I use the LIRR Train Time app and this is nowhere close. Cannot be the same developers.

Doesn’t have all the trains. Doesn’t load consistently. When it does work it’s great but most of the time it gives me a loading circle and stays frozen.

No A train and also just constantly says "no data, try again later." But since I live on the A, it's useless for whatever reason. Which is great since my station still doesn't have the promised train time screens.

I've never written a review before but this app is appallingly bad, and I'm frankly a little offended that the MTA would spend money building something like this. Issues from 5 minutes of use: Times in the app don't align with the board, and broadly speaking don't seem to be accurate. The interface.. I mean I hope I dont have to lost the offenses here. Lacks basic functionality (geolocation, favorite/home station)

The app is so sensitive to data availability that I can rarely use it on a subway platform, even when I can access other data. The app and the associated monitors often miss trains completely. It’s frustrating not to know when the subway will come, but the frustration of the app working badly outweighs that, so I will probably delete the app.
