Can’t Download videos from YouTube

After I updated my YouTube app as recommended, this downloader app is no longer working. It needs to be updated. I tried to Download some videos from YouTube after pressing on the screen no download queue shows up. The only thing it let me download is the ads.
I want my money back!!!

Ordered this app and was excited to get started. Only to find out there are literally zero instructions on how to use the app. Might as well have went outside and lit three dollars on fire. Not only are there no instructions there’s not even a place to look or ask for help......Upset to say the least.

Dear Apple, rather than developer. Every time you allowed this app to be in your store streaming money from people for an app that does not work, you are the one to blame. Please make sure I have a refund as soon as possible. This app does not work and is not friendly to use, thanks.

this software has many drawbacks that we want to refund. For example: 1- After downloading a video, it changes the format and cannot be played back. Downloads are interrupted for no reason or start from scratch.
