I just paid $2.99 for this app and it doesn’t work at all. I’m not able to download any mp3 files which is why I downloaded it in the 1st place. I would like a refund please.

I have downloaded this app and I’m having hard time to download a video. I copy and paste links of videos but it never gets converted to an actual video

I have files downloaded but they don’t play. No app support button to be found. Support is Circuitus. Specious at best.
