Okay... there are some mixed reviews on different sites related to this app, I know. I hated it at first but only because I wasn’t using it correctly. One thing I can say is that all the videos that I needed downloaded are downloaded because of brilliant one on one customer service. The maker of the app actually walked me through several downloads and now I’m off and running! If you need an app that will download videos, so far this has been great once I learned how it works. I’m also a working musician, and I’m constantly learning new music gigging. This has been my main tool for learning new songs (especially live versions and the many many other numbers that aren’t available on Apple Music). I wish I would have discovered this app and its CUSTOMER SERVICE before the 2K songs that are now on my Apple list......(too lazy to transfer them and pretty sure they go away even if downloaded, without the monthly subscription)!!! Thanks a million Brother Kundan! for the time you’ve spent on my difficult downloads!!!

Can’t download music in YouTube there is no play list, when u play music and u exit the apps music stop, very horrible. Don’t know why I bought this useless downloader

Downloaded on iPhone, went to google drive to get mp3, clicked google download link where google was serving an mp3 with that mime-type, just displaying built in player in browser, this thing couldn’t download. It offered me ability to save various transparent pngs from previous page, but couldn’t download when the server is directly handing it the only file it needs to download.

I am struggling to find the best way to use this app. I want to download videos so that I can edit them and use them for content material on Instagram, giving credit to the origin of course. I am not text savvy at all! But I did read through the reviews and I am having trouble contacting the creator of the app. I went to the HTTP link and it just keeps sending me back to the Apple page, when I go to use support, I get in loop that keeps returning to the place I started, help, please!
