Just bought into Solarwinds MSP manager for my small IT biz. This app is rough. Does not take advantage of standard iOS moves like swiping to mark a ticket or any pressure options. It takes 5 clicks/taps to read and delete a ticket request. It any automated system generates lots of requests, you’ll have a lot of tapping to do. Really, if it were upgraded to allow simpler, more Apple intuitive methods of interfacing it would be better.
