Exercise in Futility

What started out as a very fun game, has become an annoyance. Emails and notifications have been stuck in a loop for three days now. At least I'm only out $3. One of the worst things is there is no way to send feedback to the company. Hope the one star gets their attention but I doubt it. Update: 09/13/16 Yep this game is still stuck. Almost a week now. A little communication from the publisher would be nice. Wish I could give this piece of crap less than one star. It has been 24 days since the last time this game remotely worked. DO NOT WASE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE UNTIL THE DEVELOPERS FIX IT.

Not Worth The Money

I love the show and was excited about this game, but ended up disappointed. Gameplay is way too short and includes random messages that take up time and don't move the action along. If they released more chapters it might be worth what I paid, but as is, this game should have been free.

I want more!!

It was really good and I didn't run into any glitches but it ended too quickly. I think there should be more added because the ending seemed too rushed and left open a lot of things I wanted resolved. Overall it was great, but I want more!

No fatal flaws on my 6s+, although there were some points late in the game when I had to wait a few minutes for the game to let me proceed after I reached a milestone. The game itself is pretty fun if you're a fan of the show.

If you want more insight into Mr.Robot, this is a fun, hands on way to get it. The app is a little buggy, but it's worth it if you can complete it. In summation, I really enjoyed it.

I didn't encounter any bugs, but did expect a lot more from the game in terms of the plot. SPOILER ALERT: First, you cannot play the game whenever you want as you have to wait (sometimes up to 24 hours) for new messages to get in... I understand this makes it feel more realistic, but it's something to be aware of. Then, the plot... you basically have to help E & Darlene do 2 "hacks" by texting with some people, pretending you are someone else so they open / install certain files, etc. Fine, and interesting challenge. But, the end result, after completing these challenges was rather lame imo. You get to see a picture of Darlene and E's family. Now, maybe this was interesting and "shocking" half way season 1, but this game was released after Season 2 ended... I expected to see at least a more interesting ending. If you think this game will add anything to watching the show, forget it. It's fine, but nothing like Telltale's Game of Thrones game for example which really added to the show IMO.
