Great app

Lola cuca

This is a great app. I love the features and how easy it is to use. I wish you could use multiple filters to search, but that’s my only critique.

Great for mainstream, not for others

I gave Book Buddy 5 stars because it seemed to have a pretty comprehensive database and was so well done. Not so much for Movie Buddy because of a lack of a comprehensive database. If you have a lot of instructional, fitness, documentary or oddball movies you will get the dreaded “not found” message a lot and have to manually enter them. Strangely I cannot find a field to enter the ISBN number right on the package when I enter them this way.

Absolutely amazing!

WhyAllTheGoodNicknamesTaken?!

I have no issues with this app whatsoever! It’s simple to use and helps keep me from updating an excel spreadsheet of movies like I was before. Can easily look and see if I have the movie already and can move on. Will be getting the pro book version soon. Only thing I wish is that they had one specifically for gaming of all kinds. Would 100% buy that version too if they had it!

A MUST for movie collectors!

I have been a movie and TV series collector for 30 years. Between VHS, DVD, DVR and Dish External Drives I have well over 3,000 titles. I am still working on organizing and cataloguing all of my collection. This essential app interfaces with IMDb and other online movie information sites to auto-fill all the minutia (release date, format, cinematographer, release language...etc etc). Once you look up the title by the first few words you add it to a list or category that you create. Then with multiple categories filled with hundreds of movies you can search using simple filters. So when a friend is over for a movie and asks, “Hey, do you have that movie directed by Scorcese with Borat in it.” You can search by those filters and you will see that you do have HUGO and it is on your number six hard drive. Hook it up. Enjoy. So easy. So happy!!

Great!!

I have a 600 movie library!! Before I just had to rifle through to find a movie I liked. I have a huge bookcase with room for them all. This app has been a lifesaver!!

Incredible! I am impressed!

Amazing job at organizing

FirecrackerSteve

I have spent the last few days organizing all 350+ DVDs in this program and filing them in paper sleeves to save major space, as I’m a full time RVer and space is limited. This program lets me keep tract easily of what I own. Love this App.

Best app & best customer service!

kay saved by grace of God

I had been looking for someway to organize my books, music & movies. When I found this app bundle I struck gold! Not only am I able to organize all my collections, but, if I ever have a problem or question their customer service is wonderful! They respond back very quickly...within 24 hours or less! I can’t say enough good things about these apps and the tech support that comes with them.

Watching a movie multiple times

GracieJames88

I do wish that the app would record more than one time for watching a movie.

Disappointing

q445187

I PAID for this after using the FREE my movies app. I am very disappointed. This database is very weak compared to my movies. It doesn’t list the disc as blu ray or dvd, it ignores 3D movies entirely, it puts The WRONG version of the movie sometimes. Very often it doesn’t even HAVE the correct version, like the Star Wars movies that come with three movies. That is really unacceptable when scanning the bar code... I have created a workaround by using format to identify 3D movies, I shouldn’t have to do that when paying for an app... it isn’t worth trying to figure out how to differentiate between dvd & blu Ray. I would appreciate a refund (for the movie buddy, I bought a bundle) if I can continue to use it, hoping it will get better. Bummer.
