TV series not in database

The barcode scanner works much better than the book buddy app. However, it cannot pull up anything when I scan TV series such as Firefly, Monk, etc... Very frustrating.

Great for (most) movies. Poor for TV Series.

This app works well for most (emphasis on most) of your mainstream blockbuster films. But when it comes to films like Courageous or Disney's Inside Out on Blue-Ray, it doesn't work very well at all. These types of films need to be added manually. Also, the app doesn't work at all for any original TV series such as Game of Thrones, Big Bang Theory or The Office. There's a lot of missed opportunity with this database app and in my opinion, the app is not worth the cost.

I love using this app to store and sort my movies. I have over 800 movies so it's nice to not have pull out the case to browse the many films. I like being able to sort them by genre or director and get a count of how many I have that meet specific criteria. My one issue is that there isn't a way to get a count of the movies by year (not that I found anyway). I would love to know how many I have for each year without having to count each one. Overall great app and I hope you keep making great apps.

I love giving this app to my kids to pick a movie for movie night. I have all the movies that are available on Netflix and red box on a list and they can go to each movie and watch the trailer. After they watch a movie just select watched and it comes off of the not watched list. It has made figuring out what movie to watch and tracking what one have been watched already easy.

I Love your buddy apps and have the book and movie versions, they are awesome and so easy to use! I was really hoping you had a "game buddy" though but I can't find one :/

Absolutely love this app! I have tried for years to find a way to keep track of my movies and easily add new ones. This app is easy to use and navigate. Would recommend to anyone with a large collection in need of organizing!

Can share catalog using Dropbox, but doesn’t support iCloud yet. TV shows not in the master database so if you have them, be prepared to add them manually. Combo packs of movies also a challenge. Usually have to scan bar code for each film in the collection, assuming a bar code was provided for each.

Export has problems

Would give 5 stars, but the export has bugs that will not alphabetically sort anything within categories upon export. While it looks good on ipad, exporting needs repair asap. On the good side, app works well, syncs with dropbox or icloud your choice. Gets movie info from net quickly and accurately. Super good app if you do not need to export any data in any kind of order. Good luck finding movie name in over 1000 movies from a cvs file if you picked a category. While excel can sort, you will end up with pages of movies beginning with the word "the". Would be 5 stars if app could sort WITHIN a category.

Very useful. I always check before purchasing a new movie to be sure I’m not double buying. Easy to add to library. Love that I can now add my tv series. ? Been waiting for that added feature for awhile.
