The best in class but...

After new updates you need to connect the phone to iTunes to add waypoints and similar?! Are you serious??? Move that option and give us wireless gpx import back, please! Developers blame Apple but in a same time competitors apps are working as charm in terms of importing. So sad and disappointing that you guys don’t have solution for that! I was talking to support before 2 years about using waypoints from saved folder. Idea was good “apparently” but positive movement never happened. I can smell that we are loosing the best app for outdoor navigation :(

Love this app. It takes a while to know how to work it, but I doubt I would ever use anything else again. I use it on all my adventures.

I have been using this app for around 5 years now. I use it on almost all my runs, hikes, navigation. I love the updates real time, how it fades with music and being able to pick the unit and frequency of the voice update. Add real time urban location updates so this app could be used for urban navigation without looking at your screen. Example: Left turn on Broad St. 1 mile | Left turn on Broad. For urban runners who pick a route for a specific distance this would help stay on course when it may be unfamiliar.

When wil MotionX-HD be available for the new iPads and iPadOS? I got the new iPad Pro for Christmas and bought this app specifically for the measure tool that I saw a friend of mine use on an older version iPad. Only to realize that this is not motionX-HD but motion X-GPS. WOW! Disappointed. But, my bad I guess for not doing the research ahead of time.

I have to give them 1 star review because this app it’s a gps app that it suppose to give you constant position, but after several updates they messed up the gps function because after being using app everything looks great until you stop the boat. Then when you start approaching the fishing spot when you make a stop the boat the triangle icon that represents will remain frozen on the previous stop for about 60 seconds then the fishing spot will be missed by a lot because when the icon triangle starts moving again it jumps the the actual position and you will notice that you already has past the spot by a lot. The only way no to missed the spot it’s to keep moving fast and throw mark line while moving on top of the fishing spot. In other words until they don’t fix this issue the motion x app it’s pure garbage. I will update this review when they update the issue because it used to be a 5 stars app Let me explain better I have all gps marine app in my iPhone and the only one that freezes it’s MotionX-GPS When I stop or go very slow besides that I have att, claro, T-Mobile networks and when I use any of the networks changing also de iPhones I still experience the same problem it’s working fine until I stop or go very slow. It freezes and after 25 to 55 seconds if I increase the speed it will move again but by the I missed the fishing spot.
