Great! Works great via either my Bluetooth GPS, or cellular. Good aerial imagery. I don't understand the complaints about UI. Sure it takes a bit to get use to it, but not long. My only wish is that it would calculate acreage/area when closing a track.

Have used for years

Does what I need Even used it to record a run on a gold mine site in the middle of nowhere Patagonia

Mapping broken

The app seems to be dead on 5s. Doesn't load any maps anymore.

Use to track the trail riding quads

Dwanton

Use for when we ride our quads in the woods. Use the my trails feature and share with my friends. Having my phone mounted on my quad with this app running is awesome . Being able to see and follow the red line makes you feel so much more comfortable knowing what turn is coming or just knowing your not lost. I use the new track feature when riding new trails , so it marks out where we went by miles and time . Then I save that trail and share with my friends . The best for riding hatfield and McCoy trails . Been going for 4 years now and still marking out new trails . We have so many trails marked out already -- no worries about how to get back or where we are .

Tracks you when you're not using app

MjHtops

App is good enough. However I just realized that the app forces you to permit 'always on' location services in order to use the app. It's been following my every move for the past 4-5 years. Whatever utility it has it is certainly not worth that! Find something else.

Tossed Garmin in Closet

Hardishedipus

This app is solid. Use hunting, hiking, biking, mountaineering. Have a Garmin too, but don't need it. Only recommendation is get a large battery case, but will last all day. For multi-day trips I wake it up, grab a way point and put it back to sleep. Battery lasts a long time that way.

Worth it

While the UI still needs improvement the functions are an indispensable travel companion. There is no better alternative for now.
