I can’t figure out what the point of this app is. It might be useful for the very short amount of time you’re looking for a mortgage (I wouldn’t know, they bought my mortgage), but is totally useless thereafter. I guess no need to try to keep current customers happy when they’re captive, just trying to generate more customers.
This isn’t a for payments ( absolutely ridiculous)

Downloaded this app to make it easier to pay my mortgage so I didn’t have to use my computer. Call me Lazy but why doesn’t this have a lot in feature/account info?

I am disappointed there is not payment app for my loan. There are apps for EVERYTHING.

I would rate this app a 0 if I could. What is the purpose of having an app to only cater to individuals looking for a home? What about us who have a mortgage with PennyMac and would like a convenient way of accessing our acct? You should get with the program and realize it’s our money that keeps you in business. Stupid!

Not sure why anybody would want to have this app, it does nothing for your customers. Makes me wonder why I would have my mortgage through you if you aren’t even providing the simplest of options.

You need to make an option so we can pay our mortgage is on the app like every other company. It really isn’t that difficult. But at least you’re not Wells Fargo!!!!
