Glorified mortgage calculator

I thought this app would be a great way to keep tabs on my current mortgage loan, but this isn't for that kind of use at all. In fact, this app isn't for borrowers at all... It's intended for prospective borrowers to see what their rates and mortgage would be if they used PennyMac as their lender. I'm glad this app was free because I'll be deleting it and using the website from now on.

My mortgage is with PennyMac, however I can't use the app to make payments or check on my account. What's the point? I'm a real estate agent, and I know that people aren't using the PennyMac app to calculate possible mortgages... they're using a local lender who will later sell to PennyMac. PLEASE create a payment and account log-in app! If you need someone, I sell apps too!!!! Thank you ?

This app would be much more user friendly if you could pay your mortgage through it- not just look at the rates

This app doesn't let you log in and pay your mortgage. I already have a mortgage so I don't understand why I should care about the mortgage rates. This app is pretty much useless.
