Useless and non-functional

This is in the top 5 worst apps of all time. It must have been a beginner's first (bad) attempt at writing an iPhone app. After entering profile info, the app will no longer display rates (regardless of the profile values entered). And there is no way to return to the default rates. Useless. I hope they didn't actually pay money to have this written. What an embarrassment to Pennymac.

I’ve been using the app off and on since October. It’s easy-to-use and keeps me up to date on my loan options for home purchase (I’m in the market for a new home in the next 6 months). Love the clean look of the app.

My account login not there

There r no my account login where we can check our balance and make mortgage payment. Right now the app is useless

I live in Puerto Rico, which is a state of the US. This App for NOT include PR as a location, so unfortunately, the app doesn't work for me. You should seriously consider this.
No point

This application serves little to no point. Albeit if you are truly in need of an application that is able to calculate mortgage rates and you are unable to utilize Google, go for it. Otherwisebtgiscspplicstion serves no purpose, nor does it make your life any better or easier. I want a fully integrated application that allows for me to manage my mortgage in its entirety, let's get with it folks.

This app serves no purpose. Penny Mac bought my mortgage and I have been extremely dissatisfied ever since. Can't access any part of my mortgage from the app. Penny Mac has been around only since 2008 and THEY are the only ones who think they are doing a fine job. DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP
