Unintelligible on Bluetooth

Sbsbnshshsbbsbsbshshbsb

Tried to use through BT in my car and the letters are truncated to the point that it is unusable. Other CW training apps work fine, so I think it’s an app issue.

lots of fun

The training methods available as an in-app purchase are a lot of fun.

Great App!

MaverickNH

A great app to assist in learning or getting better at Morse Code. My CWOPS CW Academy Level 1 class used it along with other resources. The author is very responsive and keeps tuning and extending utility so this app will be a good buy now and for tomorrow.

Owned since my first iPhone 3

Olde Boyz

I have owned this morse code program since I bought my first iPhone 3 over 7 years ago. Has never failed me and always works with every upgrade and is the best Morse code program ever in the App Store.

Excellent decoder for TV/games

NSException

I won’t pretend to have any deep knowledge of or interest in Morse code, but there’s an awful lot of Morse code in the background of TV shows and in video games. I’ve kind of made a hobby of decoding it. Some of it’s just for flavor, of course, but a lot of it contains interesting information, Easter eggs, or plot-relevant clues. This app is amazing at taking Morse-encoded audio beeps and converting them into text. Even when the audio is grainy or distorted, the decoded results are almost always still good enough to parse out the meaning, especially if it’s a repeating message. The current price is 1/10 that of apps that advertise similar features, and it seems to work just as well as any of the decoding software installed on my PC. I suppose your mileage may vary if you’re using this app to listen in on Soviet-era numbers stations or something, but if you’re just out to decide Morse for entertainment purposes it’s a fantastic bargain.

I’m getting there

There are a lot of resources for learning CW, but I am getting the most mileage from this app. TKS DE N5MAJ

Nag Screens Asking You to Rate It

SJU87

Any app that nags you to rate it should automatically get a one-star rating until this nonsense stops. Otherwise, I usually do write reviews of the apps I use and like. I use and like this app otherwise but the constant nags are an irritation. I’ve actually recommended it to people in a class I’m taking. But then comes the nag screen. One star for you and no soup!
