Great Application while I am living abroad for three months. I am not able to check in with therapy or my psychiatrist, so this is a good way to track my mood. I will be able to share this with my psychiatrist when I get back. It is user-friendly. A+

I don't mean to sound sappy or cliche, but this application has saved my life. I've been struggling with severe depression and anxiety my whole life, but it has gotten progressively worse and this past week, I was at an all time low. Being able to keep track of your mood is great -- it allows you to see your progress and also vent at the same. I especially love being able to see other people's moods and thoughts -- I can reach out and not feel so alone. Thank you to the creators of this app. This is the greatest application of all time and I am ultimately grateful. A million times, THANK YOU!!!!!

This app has perfectly helped me to learn so much more about myself and what triggers anxiety or anger. I am thoroughly pleased with just the free version, which does plenty enough. I also love how other users can sympathize with whatever you post. It's great to have support when you need it and to know that you're not alone when it comes to inner struggles.

Got this as a fun app to track my mood. It's fun and very easy. I find I want to enter quick notes and my mood to see how I'm feeling and what I've been doing. I enjoy it.

I sometimes feel like I can't talk to any of my family or friends about my depression. I just needed to get my feelings out there one day and found this app. I thought it was cool because I could see my mood changes and what caused them. You can write your entries privately or let others comment if you choose to go public. This is anonymous and the comments I've read and received let me know I'm not alone.

Love this app. It's simple to use and allows you to back post if you forget to add a day. It's an amazing tool to help keep track of your day to day moods. Glad my therapist suggested this method to me and I'm glad I picked this app for it!
