Likeminded People + Help During Depression

organicallyhannah

Very helpful. I always wind up getting into great conversations with anonymous yet transparent users. It's helped me a lot through my depression.

perfect!

So far, so good

Responsive and easy to access. I'd needed something like this to track my anxiety throughout the day and it is so, so helpful.

I'm cry

everyone on this app is an angel; the social aspect of it is so wonderful. everyone is in similar situations so they know just what to say to help one another. i get such comfort from the others using Moodtrack ☺️ i use this app so much and it's so wonderful for keeping track of how you're doing from day to day

Very useful

Great way to keep track of mood. And take brief notes. I wish there was a way to export data to excel

Charging for an update

Krisk333

You did not have my permission to charge me for an update unless I said ok yes I will continue to use the app which I have not but to charge for you to fix things or without my permission is not ok , don't want this app that randomly is charging for stuff without permission

Cool

Ang ?

The Anti-Facebook

Like so many other other reviewers, I got this app bc I was looking for an easy way to track the patterns between what I eat and how I feel. When I realized posts in the free version were public, I was at first horrified, but then realized they are essentially anonymous bc the app will suggest hilariously random user names when you get started. It feels almost like some kind of social platform, except one where people are actually sharing something closer to “real” life. Users express their feelings of hope, despair, boredom, frustration, joy...it’s like hundreds of tiny micro stories filling up the feed every day. I’m floored...it’s honestly kind of beautiful. (And if you want the option to make select posts private, the paid version is only $.99.)

Amazing

Record this app to everybody!! It has been rewardingly insightful to visually see my moods graphed throughout the day.

Good app :)

I would love to be able to add a mood to a previous day that I may have forgotten to add.
