Good idea, bad idea

SunDevil1126

Good idea: The paid app is pretty cool in that you can track your feelings and keep them private. It allows you to show your care team all of your feelings and your diary entries. Private is the way to go. 5 stars for that. Bad idea: What is not cool is that the public entries you post are there for anyone to see and respond to. There are some kids who feel the need to belittle people for posting their feelings and encourage people to follow through with plans for self-harm. They also feel the need to jump in to conversations and make fun of people who discuss their disability by calling them names. I guess that's what you get when you offer a free app and some basement-bound prepubescent has gotten bored with Internet porn. I digress. There is no way to block them. When you opt to block that person, it does not do anything. You still see their degrading posts. 0 stars for all of this.

Pretty bare bones, but not bad.

The rating system is confusing and it's really simplistic, but it's good to keep track of various moods over time. Social aspect is kinda cool too.

I like this app.

Very Helpful

Helps me track my moods to report to my therapist, very helpful for people with mood disorders.

Great, heads up though

I love this app however I wasn't prepared for the fact that in its own way it tries to be a different kind of social media platform. It's good because it tells you to choose an anon username before you create an account however I didn't realize people could see my posts and could "♥️" them. I had a small panic attack the first time someone dos that cause somehow i didn't know they could do that... I'd rather it be 100% private but that's okay I guess, the actual app does a great job and does exactly what I needed it to

Simple and fantastic!

This app is so simple to use even the biggest procrastinator will find time. Love this app! Can't wait to see the charts of months past.

Amazing

This is an amazing concept. I just wanted a simple mood tracker, but what I got was a supportive community. People who are going through the same struggles, people who can relate to you and give you some advice. It's a great place to just be completely honest. It's all anonymous so no one can judge you. I highly recommend to those who feel that they are alone. You're not alone in this app.

Love it- only 1 suggestion

Dfgfxfdgh

I love the simplicity of this app and that it can be synced with other devices. I wish they had a deeper mood rating scale of 1 to 10 rather than 1 to 5. That would be my only suggestion because as a rather moody female, my moods vacillate all day. I would like to get a clearer picture of true bliss versus depression, without rating all the feelings in between just a 3.

very upsetting

I find it disgusting that I need to pay in order for my mental health to be a private matter.

Incredibly Helpful

I don't normally rate apps, but I had to take time out for this one. This app is flawless, and reminds you that are people who care and people who want to help. It also keeps track of your progress and helps you realize how far you've come. The fact that you can comment on someone else's mood and help others is also a great feature. No cons whatsoever to say. On the technical side, the app does not crash, and it's easy to maneuver and use without any confusion.
