Need lot of improvement while searching jobs

Please remove location which is mandatory while searching jobs. In current pandemic situation one can look for a job across USA and apply and work remotely. Need lot of filters like date posted, employment type like contract or full time and keyword search. Just look at dice or indeed. Looking forward that you will implement it soon.
Terrible Recommendations
Not Using Monster
30 plus years as an R&D mechanical engineer and Monster sends me a recommendation for a position as a crew team member at McDonald’s. What?!
Are my job applications getting lost??

I have applied for two different jobs today but after I hit the “Submit “ button, the page goes into this endless swirly thing that just refuses to go away until I am forced to hit the X button in the upper right… The entire thing completely disappears without any confirmation of a successful submittal or anything… Not even an email pops up.
Can only search by city

You can only search by location so if you are looking for work ‘anywhere’ or a remote position, you cannot do this.
Login produces error

Logged via website works. Login via app does not. Seems like a basic thing to test for before releasing an update. Hard to imagine why anyone would use this. Maybe the developers will look into it. Good luck with tech that’s been around for 12 years.
Can’t filter

It doesn’t let you filter your search. I want to be able to narrow down my search instead I waste my time going through postings I don’t need to see.
