Not a good scanner

I have been trading for over three years and though this would be a good tool for the road. I was wrong. You don’t get to select your own criteria like float, Volume, Rvol, gap, or percent. They don’t even tell you what parameters they use. Do not buy this app.

Got this app and then got trade ideas and this never has anything that is going up or it’s already to late doesn’t work it’s almost like a toy play scanner save your money not going to find stock to invest in

Great app but has been down for a day and can’t get in touch with anyone. I subscribed for the monthly option. Worked fine till yesterday. Now I am unable to connect. Keep getting message “unable to connect. Try again” Not able to send feedback through the app. Get error saying: could not send Disappointing, will probably give it a day or two. Maybe their sever is down. Will have to figure out how to unsubscribe after that
Works some days and then not so much

I have used it off and on. Now that I have signed up and pay the subscription fee it says connection not available but I can browse website and do everything else from my phone. Guess they are having server issues but still expect you to pay for what doesn’t work.

It’s been two days notice this up is not working are they gonna fix it please fix it this is a great app but it hasn’t been streaming for two days i’ll have to give it a three star because it hasn’t been screaming for two days and I just paid my subscription Yearly
Market is Currently Idle

The app was working great for a day. Now, it always shows me that the market is currently idle even when the market is open and moving. I’m happy to change my review if this ever gets fixed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Twice I’ve tried this app now, and when it worked it was ok. First time, I paid for the full version but it wouldn’t let me out of the trial version. Ended up spending half the day emailing with Brent at customer support trying to fix it. At least he worked with me and gave a refund at the end. Flash forward a year, I think to myself maybe they have the bug fixed so I try it again. SAME issue only this time I’m dealing with “Ryan K” and not only is he rude as he tells me it’s not their problem, but mine and the Apple store’s...then he insults me, tells me to go away and to not come back. The app is extremely glitchy, the customer service was horrible, and “Ryan K.” should be fired for his treatment of a paying customer. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Never had an issue with the free 5 min version. Ones I upgraded to $10 sub I get connection issues. So I’ve paid for bad connection. If I can give it zero stars I would.
