Total sham. I let it run for 2 days and that was plenty of time to figure out that this app is worthless. I can’t believe Penny Hoarder or anyone else touts this as a life-saving money saving app. If you haven’t figured out how to remove the VPN, go to settings-general-profile (which is right under VPN)- remove profile. This should wipe it clean. This company should be embarrassed.
I don't understand

I downloaded the app and clicked activate my profile and I put in my security code and clicked instal and then another thing pops up and I clicked instal and then it says the installation is complete so I click done and then it does everything I just did all over again and I've probably done that at least 7 times and it just never activates my profile so something is wrong with the application somewhere.

App requires a VPN connection, which makes every other app on your phone glitch and you can’t use google or safari I’d like to use it but they have to figure out this problem
Not just a speed problem

This app didn’t just slow my phone down. It made it almost impossible to connect to important things like my ADP or public transit app. I’m probably not alone in using my phone for EVERYTHING like email, banking, bill pay, ticket purchases, etc. I can’t have my phone refusing to connect. I only last three days with it on my phone and that’s because I spent of of those days at home and thus able to use a computer. Don’t download. I don’t care what prizes they promos you.
Slow but works

When you download it it makes your phone very slow. I have a hard time loading Snapchat stories. Their reward system is legit though. I earned weekly points, got (and used) the e-gift card. So it’s a give and take type of situation. But free coffee every other week isn’t bad.

I honestly don’t know if the app works because it says my account is “suspended.” I’ve sent over 10 emails and have yet to hear back. This is ridiculous. So, if you plan on downloading this app, don’t except a response from them as they’ll never respond.

To say I am livid with MobileXpression is an understatement. Their customer service is a joke and I’m beginning to guess nonexistent. I cannot begin to count the amount of times I have sent emails with my issue only to not receive a response. And I’m just reminded of their incompetence every time I receive an email from Lisa Clark, whom I do not believe to be real. Take my word for it and save yourself the trouble. You do not receive any rewards for having this bs app on your phone. The integrity from these developers is so lacking, they should be ashamed of themselves.

So not only did this app bog down my phone. When I flipped off the vpn I had to download with the app, it magically turned itself back on. Don’t use this app!!! Horrible experience!!!
