Worked great, FOR ONE WEEK! Now I make an entry, or worse attempt a deletion, it takes SEVERAL attempts to get it done! Getting support?!? Laughable! No phone numbers on app. Certainly am glad I got a sale price. Even happier that I did no buy computer version and waste three times the money. IF this should ever work, I would reconsider my one star rating.

My tree that I created on my laptop and is saved in the iCloud will not download on my iPhone or iPad. The icon for the tree is there but when I select download it stays at 0%.

Wish I would have waited a bit longer to purchase this app for the developer to work all of the bugs out. It is very frustrating to be working on a portion on your family tree, inputting information for more than 15-20 minutes, then my I-Pad freezes, the program closes and when I reopen it, all of the information that I entered was not saved. So now I have to log out about every 5-10 minutes to make sure everything is saved and go back in and continue. I have still to find a save feature on the mobile version, other then logging out.

Bought the app, launched it, all my iCloud trees were imported automatically - that’s perfection :-) I love the new interface, especially the change list and the new interactive tree. It’s amazing what a mobile app is capable of doing. Update: I reported a bug in the interactive tree and a few days later a new version was released fixing the issue. Great support!
So far, not so good.

For some reason you can sync up to the cloud but you cannot sync back down? What's up with that? Version 7 seemed more intuitive.

Love the Mac version bought this so I could look on my iPad. Why it says you can work from iCloud. Good luck, doesn't work.

I purchased the Mac version and decided to buy this version because the Mac version is good. I like how it's database like and there are many things you can do with your data in order to edit, view or share it. There are multiple ways to do the same thing essentially making it as easy as possible to input data.

My tree is several gigabytes large, has thousands of supporting documents, thousands more photos and hundreds of PDFs and I'm experiencing none of the freezing and shutting down others are. I think this is an excellent program and a great deal of quality has been added to this iteration. Maybe, it's a memory issue or some wonky issue with saved items. I'm glad I upgraded from version 7 and will continue to use this company's software for the long term.
