I’ve used two or three different genealogy programs and this is got to be far better than any of the rest on the market.
Ads and iPhone X update

This app should have no ads for the price we pay for it. That’s ridiculous. And it needs an upgrade for the iPhone X. Other than that the apps works pretty well for me. I have the Mac desktop app as well and they work well together.
Crashes my iPad

How do I import my data from Mac Family Tree 7 to Mobile Family Tree 8? I can’t upgrade to 8 on my computer. I have installed the mobile app on my ipad.

i hate this app; tried to return it, not permitted. Won't load any gedcoms and lost all my data that was in MacFamilyTree7. Now i have nothing. If I had gotten my money back, i would not have bothered to write this horrible review for this horrible product. I am worse off than I was, lost all my data on my computer and spent hours of misery trying to upload a gedcom. Already reported this on their website

This is a great app, I am using it for the last 2 years updating my family tree(large family more than 300 currently extended for 7 generations). I wish to be able to copy and paste or move one branch to other location. It is a five star app on iPhone and MAC

Hi I can't download the file from iCloud after I uploaded… my file not too large (about 12Mg)… and even the new empty file I can't download it I try to download my iPhone and also iPad All my devices its updated and newest version
Money grab?

I was annoyed when I initially saw this paid update, thinking it was simply a money grab but after buying it, I realized the hard work put into it. This is a great update and worth the expense. Nice new interface!

Great Program After trying to free myself from PC Genealogy programs for years it seems that MacFamilyTree has done it. The Application and the app work seamlessly and allow work from where you are as well as a great aid for on the go research, I have been especially pleased at the prompt knowledgable help that the staff has given me. It is obvious that this is the gold standard for Mac genealogy going forward.
