Tirana biker

The app is kinda cool. But I suggest it needs some improvements. The colour of the reserved bike in the app must be different or that bike must be disappeared from the map till the moment it is free again. Sometimes the position of the bikes on the map is not correct. And besides, after all those reports for the costumer reports that I have made I have gained nothing and no difference have I noticed. So I guess it is worthless. Anyway, better than nothing?

The Best Quality Bikeshare Bikes Out There By Far!

ah091023

I started using bikeshares at the beginning of the year; I live in an urban neighborhood, and they are everywhere, so I had to try them of course. I’m glad that I did, it makes sense to ride a bike to someplace close rather than just opting to drive, and you get exercise. During that time, I have used LimeBike, OFO, and Mobike, just depending on what bike was closest. The only company who’s bike quality and customer service are not completely going down the drain is Mobike. If you report anything to the customer service department of the other two, the only response you ever get is an automated one saying that they will follow up with you in a couple of days after your report or request is processed... I have never gotten any type of follow up message from an actual person after the initial automated email. I keep trying to follow up, and no one ever responds, it’s infuriating. On top of that, their bikes are mostly all broken, or people bring them inside their locked gates or houses, so you can spend ridiculous amounts of time looking for bikes that you never find. There is a LimeBike that is inside a house down the street every night, and it’s been happening for at least two months. I have reported it at least 10 times, and they have done nothing about it, it’s still there... every night. They just don’t seem to care. At all. Thankfully I decided to start using Mobike more because I was sick of the abhorrent customer service of LimeBike and OFO, and the many times I was charged for unlocking a bike that I didn’t know was broken and unrideable before trying to ride it. Then, of course, neither Linebike or OFO ever refunded me those fees since their “customer service” departments don’t seem to be providing any actual service to anyone. When I started focusing on only finding Mobikes, suddenly my negative experience with the other bikeshare companies melted away. Mobikes bikes are very high quality, sturdy, comfortable, easy to adjust, safe and a lot of fun to ride. It’s like comparing a luxury car to an old, beat up economy car, there just is no comparison. I have yet to come across a broken Mobike, or even one that shows any evidence of being manhandled... I’ve seen other bikeshare bikes with missing handlebars, frames that were bent in half like a run can, graffiti all over, and more often than not they’re completely filthy and gross. It seems that Mobike has a way better long-term plan. They initially chose very good quality bikes that would hold up to the kind of use that they were made for, and along with that, they are maintained impeccably well. And to top it off, they have a real customer service department that actually values and takes care of their customers. ?? LimeBike and OFO need to get their act together, take some tips from Mobike on how to run a business successfully, get some quality bikes out there that can’t be broken so easily, and most importantly, put an actual customer service department in place so they have people to assist the customers who will ultimately either keep their businesses afloat, or run them out of San Diego. If they don’t make some big changes, they are both toast, and it won’t take long. Mobike on the other hand has a great thing going. If things continue to go the way I think they will, Mobike will be the dominant bike share company in every major city. Keep it up, I’m enjoying using your service, and thank you again for valuing your customers!

No bikes are showing up

I live in Washington, dc, and see mobikes all over the place. At first the app worked great, and I used it for a few trips, however, now there are no bikes showing up on my map. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and logging out, but there are no bikes showing up. I live and work in two busy neighborhoods, and I see plenty of mobikes around, but they do not register on my phone.
