No me gusta no saber donde hay bicicletas si no es en mi radio cercano, tengo que ir caminando y actualizando hasta encontrar una. Sería más práctico un radio mas grande o talvez pistas de dinde pueden haber.

故障保修流程过于繁琐，而且小的问题，我不愿意报修。希望每次骑行完，能对车辆状况进行打分，每隔一段时间，分数低的车辆需要进行维护，维护成功后，可以重置评分。转而进入下一轮周期。

I happened to get a broke bike, and tried to end the trip. But probably because the app could tell I didn't move? It asked me to file a bike complaint. That's fine. But here is the deal: You file a complaint, your account is automatically frozen, you can't scan another bike or anything, you are just stuck there; you don't file a complaint, you can't end the trip, you still cannot scan other bike, you are stuck there. Really, I don't care that 1RMB from that trip, just want to get another bike and go! Don't know what their procedure designers are thinking... I got unfrozen after contacting the customer service, but that's definite not convenient. I ended up taking a taxi.
Cancelled trip and kept getting charged.
