Downloaded app and paid the 5 dollars for 30 days. Okay.. First off the app only shows you one bike at a time. Second, compared to the other bikes apps, there’s no bikes around to use. And do to the low amount of bikes around if you’re lucky to find one it’s most probably broken. Bottom line don’t even think about this stupid app!!
Horrendous. Bikes don’t move

Most arduous cycling experience ever. No speeds on bikes so they hardly move. Tried cancelling my subscription and customer service was a horror. After my account was terminated they continued charging me month after month. Quite criminal.
Good idea, easy to use but poor quality bikes

Bikes are no fun to ride, they are really bad quality IMO, but signing up and using it is really easy and it’s very inexpensive compared to other services. Cool that you can leave it anywhere and not really have to “lock” it.
Cloud I use my Apple Watch to unlock the bike alone.

I was trying to use my Apple Watch to unlock my Mobike. But the lock stay locked. So do I do something wrong?

The bike worked fine. But WORD OF ADVISE once you create an account you can’t delete the info provided. They charged my card a month after we rented them and when I contacted customer service I got two rude people Fredie and Darla who can’t seem to get it together. After 14 emails (because they don’t have a number to call) nothing got resolved, they wanted me to send private info, they can’t find the account. Their system seems to be able to charge my card no problem, but they claim they can’t find my account. So think twice before you provide your information.
