Apple Health no longer syncs rides

In one of the recent updates the app no longer syncs to log rides with the Health app. Also, distance of rides is inaccurate and not based on the actual route taken, only based on the start and end locations that the mapping app comes up with its own route for.

I rode a bike for 1.2 km and was charged ¥477 for the ride. That was obviously wrong, so I contacted mobike 5 times. 3 times in English and twice in Chinese, but not only did they not solve the issue, they never even responded. I only use ofo now because of that, even though I like the bikes from mobike better.

Love the idea, it’s really useful and convenient. We used it during our trip in Europe while we were in Milan. The app was easy to use.

Excelente sistema pero debiesen pensar en la gente que usa las bicicletas para tramos mas cortos como para ir y volver del metro, ahi tramos de 10 min a 390 no combiene para nada

I’ve used all the major bike apps, and the bike quality of mobike bikes are the lowest. Primarily because 9/10 of the bikes gear shifting don’t work. And the ones that do don’t shift smoothly.
