The app functionality is good when it’s working. However, in the current build it will not open without crashing immediately, rendering it useless.

Totally worthless app and making me regret our decision to bring in new Mitel VOIP phone system at our company. Wish we went with AVAYA. App doesn’t work more than it does work and requires constant hard resets on phone, uninstalling/reinstalling app or a lot of cursing at your phone/prayer when those steps fail. Mitel needs to support this way better considering it’s a big selling feature for their service. I’m tired of hearing “incoming enterprise call. Press any button to connect” and I’m left guessing at whose calling vs it having the persons name or number appear correctly.

I can not even open the app without it shutting down immediately. Even after resetting my phone.

The recent updates make this app unusable. It constantly crashes. It went from bad to nonusable

App loses connection to server when left running in background. This then pushes calls over the cellular network and not through the app

This app and company is being used as a shameless way for my organization to force employees to use their personal cell phones as business lines. Now my company can choose not to give me a cell phone or a desk phone and force me to make all my calls from a computer or my own personal cell using this app. NOT OK! Doesn’t work when internet is down ! Hope I don’t have an emergency or a power outage!

Disconnects when app is in the background and brought back to the foreground, it’s unable to reconnect either over wifi or cell data. Force closing the app and reopening often restores the connection but all the time. Please fix on your next build release.

Mitel support said doesn’t support iPhone 12 Pro. This is supposed to be an “enterprise” solution?? Calls ring thru cell phone instead of Mitel app.

I can’t give it 1 star because it does function sometimes but it doesn’t deserve much more. This app is pretty bad. You’ll get phone calls pushed to your cell instead of the app. The app itself will have awful response times and provide phantom rings (physical phone stops ringing but app rings for like 10 more seconds). The app forgets how to control functions like placing a call on speaker. I’ve had users request taking home physical phones rather than deal with the app. Functionality is there, reliability is not.
