Better after update, but...

I’ve had many of the same problems as others, but it seems to be working much better since the update. One thing that’s still broken is that the thermostat is way off. It usually reads between -6 and -11 C (that’s around 20 F, but there’s no option to display F) while I’m wearing it, so the jacket always puts itself on high. I don’t know if the thermostat on my jacket is broken or if it’s the app. Has anybody else had this problem?

Currently doesn't support all functions and the app constantly loses pairing with the jacket so you have to unpair and repair multiple times for the app to work with the jacket for one use and then it disconnects again. Not at all worth the time right now, until they figure out the bugs just go with the smart and manual mode on the jacket, which works 90% of the time, but at least that’s just a quick unplug/replug fix when the jacket malfunctions also.

I can’t switch between smart and manual modes in the app but you have built in Alexa support? Get your priorities straightened and fix basic functionality. Update didn’t solve anything. Crashing on entering settings.

After almost a month they finally released a “bug” update for the app, yet it doesn’t fit the biggest issue with it. You have to re-pair the Jacket every time to get past the “connected” screen so that you can control the jacket. Honestly, why isn’t this a bigger priority to resolve? The app is unusable until this is fixed.

This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded. Don’t waste your money in buying the jacket. There is no product support on the app, if you change to manual mode on the jacket it does not update on the app. For the amount of money which has been spent of the jacket you would at least think there would be more support then 1 min YouTube videos, which don’t provide any help at all.

I cannot access the Smart Mode in the app. It worked when I first opened it ,but not now. I only get a connection confirmation. Another small thing, when you open the settings for the jacket, is the location turned in when red or black...so confusing, red is usually stop or off.

Incredibly disappointed in the team for not addressing the bugs in the app quickly. At least let us know what’s going on. Bugs happen, but radio silence is unacceptable.

Where to start. I can’t access the manual control, the default temperature is 32 Fahrenheit so not real useful. I can’t even set a temperature I would like to have. Very poor execution

I really liked ministry a supply is a brand, and so I bought their first intelligent jacket when it was shown on their website. However, there are so many issues with the app and there are so many issues with the jacket that I don’t even want to start elaborating. Suffice to say, the jacket does not intelligently heat up anything. Furthermore, the app is also very unintuitive and is completely different from the pictures of the app that was initially shown.
