Broken App

The app worked initially and you were to connect it to your jacket. You were able to adjust temperature manually. Ever since the first day that I connected my jacket I haven’t been able to reconnect it. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing the jacket but nothing does the trick.

Connected it once to jacket. The name was messed up so I had to delete and reconnect since I couldn’t edit the name. Now it can reconnect but can’t control the jacket. Pls fix ASAP

App does not work in smart mode

I’m having similar problems as the review above, I can’t control heat through app in either smart mode or manual mode. Heat doesn’t register, app shows as -c. I can feel the jacket get pretty warm in manual mode and not warm enough in smart mode. But I can’t control the heat through the app so I’m either too hot or too cold. Please fix these bugs, I’m close to returning because I can’t control the heat at all.

Like many others, I can connect to the jacket, but it’s stuck in manual mode. Please fix!

That would more accurately reflect how helpful the app is. Like it helps me control the jacket much in the same way that ubereats lets me control the jacket. Which is to say not at all.

Bluetooth Workaround

I also had the the dreaded “- -“ plus the other issues with no manual control to change the temperature of the jacket but was able to get it to work by “forgetting” the jacket via Bluetooth settings on my phone (iPhone x max) then adding it again. App developers PLEASE get the bugs fixed and if you can get the “smart” option on the app working properly as it it never had worked to begin with. Jacket on it’s own does the job but for now this app is buggy. Will update this review as soon as an update for this app will address the common problems everyone is having.

I’m in the same boat. After connecting it asks me to press and hold the jacket on the button to get started. Unfortunately it just stays there. 2 stars for now but confident that MoS will get it fixed shortly. They’re a great company and I’m a big fan.

Amazing Jacket but App needs work

Ministry of Supply, I’ve been a follower since your first Apollo dress shirt Kickstarter campaign and love this new jacket. The app unfortunately seems to have issues. It says it connects but it won’t proceed to the temperature control/management profile page. So I’m stuck using the out of the box modes for now. Please address with your digital product team ASAP! This is a production issue.

Love the jacket. App needs updating.
