The app recognizes the Mercury jacket but gets stuck when trying to name it. At the moment, I can’t get the manual functions to work. More instruction or a bug fix would help.

The app won’t allow me to switch to smart mode, or turn the temp up/down on manual mode. It found the jacket through Bluetooth, but that’s about it.

Like many of you out there I had issues with the app not responding as well. All you need to do is go to your BlueTooth setting and forget the Jacket and then discover it again. That fixes the issue.

This app worked in the beginning when I connected the jacket for the first time. There is two options on the app, Smart and Manual mode. It also tells you the temperature of the jacket. Under Manual Mode, you can change the temperature manually and when I first connected it, I was able to mess around with it. However, the smart mode wasn’t working on the app, even when I switched the jacket to smart mode. That being said, I tried to access the app again and it said the Jacket it connected, but also reads “Press & Hold on the Mercury Jacket to Start”. I followed the instructions and nothing changed on the app. I tried disconnecting the jacket and connecting again, nothing changed. Uninstalled and Reinstalled the app, nothing changed. When it comes to the app telling you the temperature, the app will always read “- - C.” App does not work how it suppose to. Please fix these bug on the app. Once this is fixed, the app would work great! Other than that, the jacket does heat up in Smart and Manual mode, the app just needs to be fixed

Same problem as others report of non functional app. Without proper app function the jacket just makes the user extremely hot.
Jacket won’t connect

The app won’t connect with the jacket - stuck after naming the jacket. Tried manual mode and looked for it in Bluetooth. No luck, doesn’t show up on the list if available devices. Please fix it.
Basic, Needs More Features

The app is very very basic. Can’t seem to switch to Smart mode and is stuck in Manual mode. Would be nice if Fahrenheit was an option; as well as, asking Siri to pre-warm your jacket. Extra features could be seeing your battery life in the app and getting a reminder to plug it in when you get home or when power is low. The icing on top would be all that plus an Apple Watch app that does the same. ??⭐️⭐️⭐️????⌚️

Once connected, it won’t connect again. Can’t run the jacket on smart mode. Jacket will spontaneously jump out of standby mode. The app has no function at this point. I hope there is an update soon.
