Love! But few suggestions

Love this app s’much! Has been great when I used to travel for work too to find nearby studios. Couple suggestions though: - be able to add friends profiles to see their activity as well / see their schedule easier - be able to remove passes in “your passes” that have well expired or you added but moved away. I have passes there from a barre studio in Alexandria I tried once but moved to NC.
Can't use pass

I bought a pass at my local studio (monthly pass) and when I went to book on the mind body app I was only able to book 1 class and then when I went to book another I was asked for a payment even though my pass is monthly unlimited. Contacted my studio and we thought it was because I had two emails so we merged the two. This still didn't help because we are still dealing with problems with booking. Wish this wasn't such a hassle and Mind Body App wasn't so tricky!
Wallet section+ Class pass needs updating

The wallet section needs an edit button, Apple Pay option, and PayPal option. The app is extremely picky about billing address accuracy if something is incorrect it won’t tell you where the error is-just that there is a problem, and your only option is to delete alllll the information and start over-so an edit button would be super great. When my bank confirmed the charge finally went through (money was definitely taken out my account) the app said there was a problem with my payment. I was charged for a pass but given no pass... now I have to deal with customer service and put in a claim with my bank. Lovely.
Doesn’t sync with google calendar

It doesn’t sync with google calendar and there is no access to a website or technical support for customers.

This app is great when it works, but every 2-3 days it won’t allow me to book times. It shows “call” rather than “book” at the time that the appointments open. I can see others booking classes at that time, because it changes from “call” to “waitlist”, without allowing the “book” option.

This app used to work fine. Now it tells me there are no classes at my favorite studio when I know there are. Going back to using the website. Just a frustrating experience.
App keeps crashing since the last update

Hello, I am unable to book a class since the last update. The app shuts down when I click on a time slot. There is no way for me to contact Mindbody customer service or request support. Please fix the issue and I will update the review.
