Can’t figure out how to update personal info (oh wait you can’t, app doesn’t let you) then I can’t figure out how to sign up from scratch. Poor customer service too

Why do I need to create a separate login for every studio

Please someone make MINDBODY easier to use. Every time I go to use it at a different studio it takes me over 20 min to figure out which email and password I used in addition to my Facebook login at that studio. The majority of studios that uses this app lose my business because it’s too hard to sign up for a class. Look for other studio management options, this one is not end user friendly.

I use the app every single day. It is very easy to see my schedule, book classes.. all in one place esp I hv so many classes and passes. Plus finding deal and let my friends know what class I'm going. Not to mention to rate all my lovely teachers and instructors!!! ?

Works across states and types of class!

I’ve had this app for a while, and am delighted with how well it captures the varied classes my family uses. It has even captured classes and class passes from two different states. I particularly like the in-app support, which was able to assist me so quickly that we’d sorted out an issue with my class punchcard in the time it took me to walk from my car to the yoga studio. It’s the easiest way for me to sign up for yoga, parkour, massage, and my kids’ lessons.

When it works, it’s great. But I’ve had to delete it on the average 3 times a week to get it to work. Very frustrating.

I use to love this App but lately it freezes all the time. I lost a week of classes I booked only to find they are full now I have to waitlist. It doesn’t even notify me when I’m off the waitlist anymore. My coach/instructor said it had me on the waitlist & in the class at the same time. Frustrating!!!! I hope it gets back on track or I’m going to delete it & schedule through my gym webpage. I use to look for places that used MB App for hair, nails, massage etc. not anymore

I really love how it integrates with Class Pass and onto my calendar. I love to look around in new areas and see what’s out there. It keeps me on track with classes and I can see up to date info when subs are added to the classes.
