Time Zone Glitches Galore

Beware if you take virtual classes with a studio in a different time zone because the app will show a single class as being at the same hour for two different time zones (e.g. 11:30 am EST and 11:30 am CST). If you book classes a few days in advance, this makes impossible to manage your calendar via theMindBody app. Unfortunately their app support has no simple way to report the glitch so who knows how long the problem will persist (I have screenshots that demonstrate the issue).

Won’t except new card

My card expired and I’ve tried adding my new one, but it keeps saying “card in use” and won’t except it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Still having problem.

Cannot cancel in-app

I travel seasonally and therefore need to start and stop memberships. Mindbody does not provide for membership management in-app (except to purchase memberships, of course) so you need to log in via browser. This is so convoluted that the gyms I am a member at have tutorials for how to do it in their FAQs. Not letting people easily cancel is a deceptive and onerous sales practice. Don’t be like Comcast—make our lives easier. It just leads to more disputed transactions and angry customers, not (legitimately) higher sales figures.

Stopped letting me book online classes

This has always been a weak app but now they list online classes but then don’t allow you to book them on the app anymore! When you go one the studio site they also use MINDBODY but you can’t sign in using your main account email-they want you to reset with a new account email or reset your password. With all the online offerings this is very poor timing.

Please fix the class pass part

updated the app multiple times but still having issue with the class pass part; cant see how many passes I have left and the app is lagging thank you

Buggy in 2022

Mindbody app had been working all right for me for the past few years but suddenly it’s bug city. I booked a flex class 24 hours in advance, never got any link so that I could attend it. Now the app is not letting me schedule “virtual“ classes as i have been doing all along. I had some kind of issue about six months ago and found it easy to contact tech-support at the time, but now I just can’t figure out how to do it. Very disappointed.

Needs to be an option to turn off. Supposedly if my card doesn’t got through it charges the company $35 and a fee. Also if i add a card on the app it doesn’t show up for the company i have to manually tell them so they can put the info in.

Unable to switch users

The most recent update puts the user name at the top In the profile section but it now blocks the area where you can log out to change users. You can see the gear for accessing this function if you pull down on the bottom of the screen but pressing the gear area is unresponsive.
